Looking To Hire A Freelance Illustrator
And so it begins. Play testing is, I believe, nearing an end for two of the games we have in development; Lost City of K’aak’ Tuuchu and Oh Poo. I’ve lost track of the many hours and hours and hours and hours spent playing both games solo, with other people, friends, family, some strangers… etc…
A Little More Play Testing
Play testing is huge when it comes to tabletop board game development. Huge.
There is likely still a dozen or more hours left for each game for more testing, but I think the tweaking is done for both, and that means we are ready to look at actually getting some game art created in the near future. I have a little experience hiring freelance artists in the past for a few book covers of novella and short stories I had written, so I sort of know what needs to be done and how to go about doing it.
Finding Freelance Artists For Tabletop Game Development
As a member of the Indie Game Alliance (check them out here) we have some leads on a large variety of freelancers that are associates there. However, I am also checking with a couple family members who dabble in art that have excellent talent. I am also considering taking a look on Fiverr and Upwork as well.
Wish us luck!
