Just a little update on Asgard Gamewerks as a tabletop game publisher.
Filed for the DBA a couple weeks ago and received confirmation. Today I filed for and received the Standard Manufacturer Code for Asgard Gamewerks (AGW).

I have been hard at work the past week on Asgard Gamewerks first game to be published. As I have mentioned before it will be a tabletop pen and and paper RPG geared toward solo RPGers. I started messing around with making this RPG way back in the late 1980s… a long damn time! A month ago I found my old notes from back then in a box in my garage. Good memories!
It is a last minute decision, but TD will be heading to Coulee Con in La Crosse, Wisconsin tomorrow, on 8/17. Coulee Con had their first event back in 2015 and has grown every year since.
I was recently digging through a few old boxes in my garage that had some various items from my childhood. I really don’t have much of anything that I kept from way back in the mid to late 80s, aside from some old notebooks and pictures.
About a month ago my wife and I started kicking around small business ideas that we thought sounded like fun. We wanted something we could potentially do together with me running the books and she running the front end. A slew of ideas came and went, lists were made, lists were destroyed. In the end we settled our sites on opening up a small tabletop gaming cafe. It seemed like it could be a good idea.
